HELLO, NEW YORK CITY!
Thank you all for visiting my first blog post! Here are several shots I took at East River Park, a waterfront park in the Lower East Side, featuring dramatic views of the city including the Williamsburg Bridge. I love this place and frequent this park most during the warmer months either to go for a run, bike ride, or just to take a long walk.
On this particular day it was very windy, which made it difficult to get photos without my hair flying all over the place. However, we managed to get a few good ones and I hope you love them as much as I loved taking them.
This is a layered look which, works wonders for transitional dressing and dealing with the bipolar weather we've been experiencing here. You can scale back a layer or two should the temperatures decide to creep up. Wearing an Elie Tahari leather jacket, wool pencil skirt, H&M turtleneck, Diane Von Furstenberg silk camisole, blanket poncho, and thigh high boots with Givenchy shades.
